By knowing more about you, we can better protect your account and provide a safe platform for your financial activities.

How do you verify my identity?
We partner with Plaid and Dwolla to verify your identity securely.
Initial Verification
When you sign up, we ask for the following:
Email address
Legal name
Date of birth
Residential address
The last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN). We never store this information.
This information helps us match your identity to public records and ensure you are who you say you are.
Further Verification (If Needed)
In some cases, we may need additional information to verify your identity. Additional information may include your full SSN and/or a picture of an official identification document (valid driver's license, valid passport, or ID card). We don't accept military ID cards at this time.
This step is only taken if absolutely necessary and is designed to add an extra layer of security to your account.
What if my identity couldn’t be verified?
If your identity can’t be verified with the information provided, please double-check your details for accuracy. At the moment, we don't request ID card images for further verification. If issues persist, contact our support team for assistance.
Without successful identity verification, you won’t be able to use our money-moving features at this time, but not to worry. You can still leverage our AI assistant, insights and more.
